Meet The Chef

Executive Chef Shawn Murphy is passionate about organic foods and gardening. “My real focus is balancing the healing properties of foods and incorporating those elements into my daily menu items,” says Murphy, who has worked in Sedona-area restaurants since 1990, including two tenures at REDS.

Committed to “keeping things local,” the long-time chef taps ancient grains, non-GMO ingredients, and heirloom produce from his own organic garden to craft his flavorful modern American menus.

Our expert culinary team creates deliciously imaginative catering menus for every occasion. From meeting breaks and boxed lunches to buffet and plated luncheons and dinners, cocktail parties, and brunches, the options are nearly endless. Some of our favorites include REDS BBQ Buffet featuring Raspberry Chipotle Barbeque Chicken and Prickly Pear BBQ Pork Ribs;and a classic Champagne Brunch featuring a Buttermilk Pancake Station and Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar.
